Authors are expected to carefully review the journal’s Writing and Publication Guidelines and prepare their manuscripts accordingly.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to an initial evaluation in terms of compliance with journal policies, author guidelines, and formatting requirements. The preliminary review process is usually completed within two weeks. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements may be returned to the authors without being sent for peer review.

Pre-Submission Checklist

Authors should ensure the following before submission:

  • The manuscript has not been previously published. (Studies derived from theses or conference papers may be accepted.)
  • The manuscript has not been submitted to another journal simultaneously.
  • The manuscript has been prepared using Microsoft Word or a compatible text editor.
  • All cited data, tables, and figures are properly referenced and necessary permissions have been obtained.
  • The manuscript complies with the journal template and formatting guidelines.
  • Where possible, URLs or DOI links are provided for references.
  • The authors are fully responsible for the content of the manuscript.

Copyright Form

A signed Copyright Form must be uploaded to the system prior to submission.

Similarity (Plagiarism) Report

During the submission process, a similarity report generated via İntihal.Net is automatically added to the system by the DergiPark platform.

Similarity rates alone are not decisive; evaluation is conducted by the editor based on the nature and context of the similarity.

Ethical Approval

Ethical approval is mandatory for studies involving human or animal subjects.

Information regarding ethical approval (name of the committee, date, and approval number) must be clearly stated in the “Methods” section and other relevant parts of the manuscript.

Manuscript Submission

Manuscript submissions are accepted through the online journal management system operated via the DergiPark infrastructure.

All submission, review, and editorial processes are carried out through this system.
